* Placing the logo in the digital abstract book, digital certificates, study visit book if produced (digital), and eventually in other documentation that justifies production);
** The Entity must provide the logo in vector format and in TIFF (CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi), as well as the text.
*** The Organization only provides the space, and the Entity must bring all the exhibition material, rollers/posters, and the material for its mounting and exibition.
**** The Organization will communicate the date for receipt of the material and the place of delivery, with the costs being borne by the sender. The material must reach us by 31 of May 2025 at the latest.
